World Mental Health Month
Healthy eating is the single most important gift that you can give your child. Nutrition is as important for mental health as it is for physical health. The brain is an organ that requires different amounts of complex carbohydrates, essential fatty acids, amino acids, vitamins, minerals and water to remain healthy!

With today being World Mental Health day and Britain being in the grip of a child mental health crisis it reminded me of the effect that certain foods have on your child's behaviour, intelligence, happiness and health!
Join me, Juliana Alexander for a 2 hour information session with great recipes and food to taste- recipes are ideas with some super foods added so you can adjust according to your personal taste.
